LITTLE SHARKS. AGES 4/5

This is our youngest age group and a great time to start your child on their martial arts journey. The curriculum in this program is centered around exercises and games that will introduce our youngest students to the basic movements and core values of muay thai and jiu jitsu. This class is specifically geared to help your child succeed both at home and in the classroom.

Our little sharks program is offered 5 days a week and throughout the year.


Our kids program builds on all of the goals of our little sharks program and also incorporates a more diverse set of muay thai and jiu jitsu skills and techniques. Students in our kids beginner class learn the basic movements and core values of muay thai and jiu jitsu. While students in our advanced program learn more intricate detailed approach to martial arts. Our kids program is designed to instill the focus and discipline necessary to achieve goals and become the best versions of themselves.

Our kids program is offered 6 days a week and throughout the year.


TEENS. AGES 10-13


ADULT MUAY THAI.
AGES 14 & UP

Our muay thai program offers classes 6 days a week. Muay thai is the national sport of Thailand, also known as Thai Boxing. The techniques of muay thai are the use of boxing, kicking, elbowing, and kneeing to all parts of the body. This makes muay thai an incredibly effective and practical as a street self defense art.

Some students learn it for fun. Some learn for self defense. Others do it to compete. Either way you will experience the best workout with the best results of your life.


ADULT JIU JITSU. AGES 14 & UP

Our jiu jitsu classes are offered 7 days a week. Jiu jitsu is at its core is a martial art that teaches students to takedown an attacker or larger opponent, take away their ability to strike by utilizing dominant position, and finally search for a submission. The idea of jiu jitsu is to find and use leverage in order to use joint locks and chokeholds to control an opponent. Jiu Jitsu demonstrates to students how to use their opponent’s energy against them in order to gain an advantage, rather than relying on physical strength or size. Jiu jitsu overtime, teaches the ability to think on your feet, remain calm in a stressful situation, and to clearly and concisely make good decisions while keeping a calm demeanor. 
A full body workout while the intricacies of the sport requires you strategize and remain cerebral throughout the entirety of class.

Some students train to get in shape. Some students train for stress relief. Some students train for fun and camaraderie. Others train to become champions.


ADULT MMA

Mixed Martial Arts is a combination of muay thai, jiu jitsu, wrestling, and boxing making it the most realistic martial art form of self defense. This class focuses on the strategies of the sport of mixed martial arts both offensive and defensive. Conceptualizing how to win an mma fight both on your feet and on the ground.

*Students must be in our muay thai and jiu jitsu for one month of classes before attending mma class.
